Delivery

For orders placed and delivered within the UK, Argentum47 will post your merchandise 1st Class Recorded Signed For with Royal Mail. This service will add £1.65 (plus VAT) to your order. Argentum47 is pleased to offer free shipping anywhere in the UK for orders above £40.00.

For continental Europe, your order will be shipped at a cost of £2.15 (plus VAT). For all other destinations, a shipping fee of £3.16 (plus VAT) will be charged. When our jewellery enters a country that does not belong to the European Union, such as Canada or the USA, taxes and duty may be applied. Unfortunately Argentum47 cannot be responsible for these extra costs, and the purchaser must pay the fees.

Our jewellery is posted with First Class service by Royal Mail, and we will do our best to post your purchase the next business day after your order is received. If you would like your purchase to be sent using a different method, please contact us at enquiries@argentum47.co.uk and we will be delighted to help.

Returns and Refunds

We take every step to ensure that our products are in fine condition and free from defects. If you receive a product that is damaged or broken, please contact us immediately and we will replace the item or refund your money. Returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorisation Number that we will give you when you let us know about the problem. Argentum47 will cover the cost of return postage for damaged items.

In the event that you change your mind and decide that you do not want an item, you have 14 days after the receipt of the item to obtain a Return Authorisation Number and post the product back to us. Argentum47 will be pleased to arrange an exchange or refund as long as the item is unworn, in its original condition, and is returned in the original packaging. Except where the item is faulty, all return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser. We cannot offer a refund when returned items are lost in the post. We recommend that any returned items be posted by recorded delivery or some other method that provides proof of receipt. Please keep hold of your proof of postage.

Our returns policy complies with the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. You have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 7 working days from the day after you receive the goods without giving a reason.

If you wish to cancel any part of your order, you can do so by e-mailing us at enquiries@argentum47.co.uk or by telephoning us on +44 (0) 1223 572 168. We will give you a refund within 30 days (provided the goods have been returned to us unused and unharmed). If you are returning goods to us, it is your responsibility to ensure they reach us in good re-saleable condition. We will refund the order or relevant part of it, including the original delivery charge to you, within 30 days of cancellation. If you cancel your order and we do not receive the item back from you, we may arrange to collect the item from you at your cost.
